5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Next Job Partner LLC and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier.
SMS message services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the timeliness, delivery, or reliability of SMS messages. Factors outside our control — including carrier network availability, device compatibility, and signal strength — may affect message delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Job Partner LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Wyoming. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
